Frank Miller Project: A web design project in school that required an image gallery and rollover links. I used the style of comic artist Frank Miller to create the menu [...]
Katamari Damacy Project: This project involved the use of vector graphics made in Adobe Illustrator to create an interactive banner and navigation menu with Flash. The style of the entire site was made to mimic the feeling and mood of the game.
Hokie Hideaway: This project was done for VisionEFX as part of my internship, the client wanted something in the Virginia Tech color scheme and showed off the landscape and the spirit of the school.
Call of Destiny Linkshell: I created this website for the forums and recruitment of new members for my Final Fantasy linkshell. The front page was used as a blog for recent events and accomplishments. The banner would dynamically load two animating avatars using Flash.
Astron, Wireless Technologies Inc: This mock-up was done for VisionEFX during my internship. The center section featured six large rollovers displaying the products.
Virginia Appeals: This mock-up was done during my internship at VisionEFX. The client wanted a theme that was American but not too blatant and also including law imagery.
Spoylr: This custom Wordpress template was created specifically for my nerd culture blog Spoylr. The theme was designed to be reminiscent of retro styling very similar to the Fallout and Bioshock series of video games.
ErikSwinson.com: This was my final project for web design school. The theme of my original portfolio design was Japanese style tattoos and I also experimented with earth tones and patterns.
Children of Bodom Project: One of my first web design project and my first time using Flash for navigation, which I now know to be an awful idea, but it sure is nice looking.
